509 Fitness Owner Goes to Trial Sept. 4
The Tri-City Herald is reporting Jason Ray Sleator, owner of now-closed Kennewick gym 509 Fitness, will face a jury trial Sept. 4.
Sleator is in trouble for charging his gym members a $20 fee just prior of going out of business. He has described it as a last-ditch effort to save the business. Authorities have called it theft.
