BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) — The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington is $3.73. That’s down a penny in a week and 8 cents in a month. It’s 14 cents higher than the national average. Police Continue to Investigate Fatal Shooting in Walla Walla
WALLA WALLA, Wash. (AP) — Police say an Anacortes man was shot to death after a night of drinking with an acquaintance in Walla Walla. Police say 35-year-old Joshua S. White was asked to leave the residence after a confrontation. But he returned a short time later yesterday morning, forced open the back door and was shot by the resident. The resident cooperated with investigators and was not arrested.
