A former Pasco School District janitor has had a court date pushed back to October.

56-year-old Gabriel Gonzalez-Segoula is facing accusations he touched a ten-year-old student at least three times, while working as a janitor for the District.

He worked at Maya Angelou Elementary.  He was first arrested in February of this year, after the student felt uncomfortable about several hugs given to them by Segoula.

He had acknowledged he was wrong to do so, but said he did it because he wanted to. He had previously admitted touching the child's chest on three different occasions. He was suspended by the District January 21st, prior to his arrest.  He's facing three counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree.

He was placed on administrative leave.
