Thanks to a call from a neighbor who heard noises coming from the building, Pasco police were able to apprehend a man who broke in early Tuesday morning.

Shortly before dawn, police arrived at Aguilar's Restaurant near Lewis and 14th. Street and found a man inside. The neighbor called 911 over the sound of glass breaking, and "shuffling" and noises coming from the restaurant.

Upon arrival police found 20-year-old Jesse Tyler Dye rummaging through items. He was taken into custody, authorities said he is classified as a homeless person.

He's in the Franklin County jail on burglary charges, no information on damage to the restaurant was released. Officials didn't say what Dye was after, but one of the images released by the Pasco police department might give an idea.
