The suspect is not only facing burglary and arson charges, but violating a restraining order.

Pasco police arrested 19-year-old Reuben James Trenidad late Tuesday evening after he was a suspect in the incidents on Octave Street.

Authorities responded to a house fire at the home and were able to extinguish the flames.   They learned he had broken into the house earlier in the day, returned later and set the fire.

Police say he's also been charged with violating a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend who apparently lives at the home.  No one was injured in the blaze.  Police did not say if him allegedly setting the fire was in connection with the ex-girlfriend or restraining order.
