Like its predecessors, it was written by John Hughes and starred Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo. Unlike the other movies in the series, the "vacation" took place at the Griswold's home during the holiday season.

In the tear-jerker animated film 'Up,' a home is lifted into the sky by a cluster of party balloons.  While it all looks great in Pixar's beautiful animated style, it doesn't seem like it would be something you could pull off in real life.

But, in fact, cluster ballooning is a thing, and Jonathan Trappe may well be the world's leading cluster balloonist.
