Barefoot Burglar Sought by Cops, Decides to Stare Right at Camera

Not a lot of details were given by police, but they are trying to identify this man, captured on camera in connection with some alleged break ins.

It's been noted he is barefoot, and has that forehead lamp.  Interesting!  Perhaps he thought removing his shows would prevent tell-tale sole prints.  Foot prints as good as fingerprints...
