‘Bug-Eyed’ Theft Suspect Sought by Police, Left in Stolen Car

Shoplifting isn't really anything shocking, or that unusual, but this guy might be an easy suspect to spot.

Richland Police on Friday released this security image of this male, who's wanted in connection with an alleged shoplifting that occurred at Kohl's earlier the same day.

To make matters even more interesting, he left the store with a group of other people in a vehicle that's been reported stolen!  Anyone who might recognize this guy is urged to call (509)-628-0333. All leads can be confidential.
