Burglary Suspect Sought by Benton, Franklin County Authorities – Facing Multiple Charges

This suspect with a long rap sheet is believed to have fled to Tacoma.

James E. Boggan, 47, is wanted by Franklin County Authorities and Kennewick Police on a variety of charges, including:

• Failure to Appear and Comply
• Burglary and Theft
• Possession of Stolen Property
• Non-compliance of Conditions of Release

He is also wanted in connection with a series of residential burglaries stemming of March of this year in Kennewick.   He has relatives in Tacoma, where he has reportedly been sighted.  But it's also believed he could have, or could be, returning to the Mid-Columbia.
