Burglary Suspects Steal Furniture From Home in Broad Daylight
Judging from at least one of their mugshots, how did Medusa wind up in Pasco?
Police report the investigation is wrapping up from a couple of thieves who were seen breaking into a home in Pasco on Sunday in broad daylight. Probably not the smartest time to be doing that.
Around 12:30pm, the 9-1-1 Dispatcher got a call from neighbors in the 600 block of North Beech about a man who appeared to have broken into a home, and was loading furniture into a grey car.
Upon arrival, police found the car nearby, with numerous items from the home inside. The house had been undergoing renovations, and no one was living there at the time. The owner was called and said he didn't know the suspects, who were identified as 40-year-old Kitwan A. Pruitt of Pasco, and 47-year-old Stephanie L. Birden, also of Pasco. They were both in the car when it was pulled over. The owner said no one was supposed to be in there, no one was living there.
The two suspects were arrested, are in jail. The car was searched and property recovered and returned. No word on if Birden was given any happy pills.
