Burlington WA Mall Shooter Communicating With ISIS, Say Authorities

Making another court appearance this week, a smirking Arcan Cetin, a Turkish national, said very little. But new court documents present compelling evidence the man had ties to terrorists.

According to Fox News, Cetin had a blog featuring pictures of ISIS leaders.  Authorities have NOT ruled out terrorism as a motive behind the shooting at the Cascade Mall in Burlington WA September 23.

Now, new court documents say, according to KNDU-TV, that Cetin was communicating with relatives in Turkey just prior to the shooting, and those people may have ties to ISIS or other terrorist groups.

The court documents also show Cetin had a history of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend.
