Pasco Doctor Suspended for Prescription Abuse, Controlled Substances

Each month the Washington State Department of Health sends us lists of disciplinary action taken against medical providers, ranging from chiropractors to surgeons and nurses. They're listed by county, but not very often do we see ones for the Tri-Cities.  Dr. Victor O. Brooks has had his medical license suspended indefinitely, pending legal proceedings, according to the Health Department.
