Man Fatally Shot in Pasco Had Criminal Charge for Assaulting Police Officer

Pasco police have released more information on 35-year-old Antonio Zambrano-Montes, the man shot by officers Tuesday evening outside Fiesta Foods. A transient, Zambrano-Montes had a prior 3rd Degree Felony charge for assaulting a Pasco police officer, a Class "C" felony.

Pasco police have identified the man three officers shot Tuesday evening after he threw rocks at them and nearby vehicles as 35-year-old transient Antonio Zambrano-Montes.
