Here Is the List of Guns That Could Be Banned in Sen. Diane Feinstein’s New Gun Control Bill

California State Senator Diane Feinstein will be introducing the latest gun control bill to Congress on Thursday. The proposal would include magazine size limitations and would make more than 100 specialty firearms, certain semi-automatic rifles and assault rifles illegal. These new restrictions would not apply to the firearms that you currently own.

Even though a number of guns will be banned with this newly proposed legislation, that doesn't mean all will be illegal to sell, produce or own in the future.

2 People Shot at Lone Star College in Houston (UPDATED)

Update 5:30 p.m. (Eastern): Three people in total were taken to the hospital, including one in critical condition.

Update 2:55: One shooting victim's name is Jody Neal, according to his uncle and sister, who were interviewed at the scene.

Update 2:50: "The police believe the danger has been mitigated," according to a spokesman for the college. "The school is under control but still being evacuated."

A small college in Houston is on lockdown following what appears to have been a shooting on campus on Tuesday. One suspect has been detained, and a second is possibly on the loose, according to local authorities.

Norwich, N.Y., Gun Shop Posts Sign Banning Obama Supporters (UPDATED)

Update: We interviewed the store's owner. His comments appear below.

Heading Due North, a gun and sporting-goods store in Norwich, New York, posted two photos to its Facebook page of signs in front of the store criticizing anyone who voted for President Barack Obama or New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. The store is owned and operated by David Francis, who also signed a letter posted on the storefront window.

The sidewalk sign reads: "IF YOU VOTED FOR OBAMA OR CUOMO U ARE NOT WELCOME HERE."
