Swarm of Bees Kills Pasco Chihuahua!

A 7.5-pound dog was put down Saturday after being stung by about 150 bees in its Pasco backyard. Another dog and a 10-year-old boy were also in the backyard at the time. The other dog was injured but will recover.  The boy dove to the ground and tried to save the dogs.

Who’s Running to Replace Doc Hastings in Congress? Part 2 of our Series

We continue to take a look at the 13 declared candidates who are hoping to succeed one of the most influential members of the House of Representatives over the last 20 years. We started with 14, but candidates must have officially declared to run, or have filed their intentions with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).  Previously, State Representative Brad Peck was among the 14, but as of April 11th,  he had not formerly declared, according to news reports.

Gun Silencer Sales Are Way Up — I Didn’t Even Know They Were Legal!

A CNN story reported that "sales are booming for silencers." Regular people buying the gun accessories are up 37 percent in 2013 to nearly half a million. That steep increase was true in 2012 and 2011 as well.
