This guy found out you don't mess around with police!

Friday, Kennewick police attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an infraction, and found out the car was actually stolen.

Officers said Douglas Denke-Wilson realized he was going to be arrested, as during the traffic stop dispatchers told the officer the vehicle he was driving was reported stolen. Denke-Wilson began to struggle with the arresting officer, causing the stolen car to back into the patrol cruiser.

But with the help from a passerby, the officer was able to subdue Wilson and he was taken into custody. The report didn't specify the location but it appears to have occurred in the parking lot of the Jet Mart Conoco on Volland just South of Canal.

Wilson has been charged with Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Resisting Arrest and driving without a Valid License.
