Seattle police continue to investigate a four-man cleaning crew, who apparently believed part of their compensation included authentic Mariner jerseys.

The crew, who work for a sub contractor, were part of the annual post-season cleanup that takes place at Safeco when the season is over.

The crew allegedly stole over $11,000 worth of authentic "game worn" style jerseys from a kiosk inside the stadium.

The Mariner's Director of Security reported the thefts Monday of this week,  and officials were able to identify the men after looking at surveillance cameras.

No information was released as to which player's jerseys the thieves preferred.   Authorities believe the men planned to sell them on the black market.
