Cops Looking for Driver Who Ditched Car After Hit-And-Run

Kennewick police would like to 'speak' with the owner-driver of this car, after he abandoned it following a hit-and-run.

Monday evening around 11:30pm, Officers found this car at the scene of a reported hit-and-run in the 2400 block of West Clearwater. The car was sitting on the grass with extensive damage to the right front and suspension.

The alleged driver, 26-year-old Steven Garcia, apparently fled the scene. The car hit another vehicle parked legally alongside the road, it too sustained significant damage.

We noticed it appears he's been perhaps driving on the 'donut' or spare tire on that right front. It looks a little small.
