Put down your smart phone, and turn off the tablet for just a minute, and read this.

Recentl, a Google executive issued a challenge to college students he was addressing,  challenging them to “quit” their electronic devices for an hour a day.  The students were urged to “unplug” from time to time, because smart phones, tablets, computers, etc are becoming increasingly addictive.  The challenge was discussed on Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld on Fox News (an early morning news-lifestyle show).

We at Newstalk 870 wondered the same thing.  Could you lay off all these devices for an hour? A day? Take our poll!
