Crime Stoppers officials report after releasing information early Thursday about a suspect wanted for escape from community custody, he's been captured in less than 18 hours.

29-year-old Curtis G. Ganske was sought by police, and was quickly located when his sister Celeste McKee-Ganske called police with some startling information.

Ganske allegedly pointed a gun at her, and said he was "through with her." He then fled her residence, in a small yellow vehicle. He was located near 11th and Newport. Officers approached the car, and saw a rifle and pistol inside the car.  Prior to his surrounding and arrest, he had been seen at that location getting out of a grey vehicle.

Both cars and the weapons have been impounded for further investigation, and Ganske was not only booked for his outstanding warrant, but also assault and felony weapons possession charges.
