Crime Stoppers Suspect has Unique Physical Characteristic

It may be a little easier to spot this suspect, who's wanted by Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers on multiple charges.

Authorities are seeking 44-year-old Richard I. Vinson Jr, who's wanted on check forgery charges, escape from community custody, and 8 misdemeanor warrants. Escape from community custody means he has not kept in regular, court-mandated contact with authorities or parole officer.

Vinson is a white male, 5; 3" tall, 130 lbs, short blonde hair, and his left arm is amputated below the elbow.

He may be driving a dark-colored SUV or gray Kia Amanti vehicle. His last known place of residence was Pasco. Anyone with any information is asked to call Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers at (509)-586-TIPS.
