I came across an article from our news partner, NBC Right Now and thought this would be a great thing to share with school starting soon. Lots of folks get confused when it comes to passing a school bus. When is it okay and when  is it definitely not okay? If you pass a school bus illegally, it'll cost you over $400 smackaroos. I would think everybody knows that if a school bus has it's stop sign out and red lights are flashing, both directions of traffic have to stop. But what about a bus stopping and there are 3 or more lanes of traffic? What if there's a middle turn lane? Good questions.
