Drunk Driver hits SIX Cars, Kills Passenger In One of Oregon’s Most Shocking Accidents

Ironically, the person who died was from Happy Valley, Oregon.

A Happy Valley man is facing multiple charges after he struck at least six vehicles during a drunken binge behind the wheel late Tuesday.

Authorities say 57-year-old Alexander DeLuca Jr. plowed into six cars at a stoplight near an offramp from Interstate 205 in Clackamas County.  Sheriff's deputies said DeLuca slammed into the cars from behind, and a 60-year-old woman was pinned in the wreckage of one of the vehicles.

She had to be cut from the car, and died at the hospital. The charges pending against DeLuca in one of Oregon's most shocking DUI accidents ever include:

*First Degree Manslaughter, Felony DUII, Reckless Endangerment, and Reckless driving.

Officials say it's one of the most serious and shocking DUI cases in recent memory.
