A man named Aaron Pogue from Kennewick was arrested after calling 911 multiple times claiming he had been robbed. He called the first time and since the officers were not there right away, he called over and over ranting and swearing at the dispatch operator. When the police arrived to the mans home, they saw he was drunk and no robbery had taken place.

Police arrested Pogue for misuse of 911 and he was also wearing brass knuckles. Brass knuckles fall under the Washington State Law for "Dangerous Weapons" laws and penalties. Here is the description:

Some items are considered too dangerous to be lawfully carried. These include: slingshots, brass or metal knuckles, switchblades, or firearm silencers. If you are caught in possession of or attempting to sell or manufacture any of these weapons you can be charged with this criminal offense.

Possession of a dangerous weapon is a gross misdemeanor punishable by 90 days to one year in jail and fines reaching as high as $5,000.
