Clackamas County, OR Sheriff's Deputies report an 18-year-old man is in jail after crashing his car early Sunday morning into a medical marijuana dispensary.

But the best part is, he was high on pot behind the wheel. Alan Alcantara was cited for DUII after he slammed into an empty parked car near the Stumptown Cannibis store just after 1am. He then crashed into the back wall of the business, causing well over $1,000 worth of damage.

Clackamas County officials said Alcantara is facing five counts including driving under the influence, and he admitted smoking pot before getting behind the wheel. His passenger, who was not identified, was taken to a nearby hospital with a concussion, but no other injuries.

An employee at the store said the business was temporarily closed until the damage could be repaired, as of Monday and Tuesday, boards had been nailed up to cover the hole in the wall.

Oregon voters approved legalized recreational pot recently, and until the state can get pot stores set up, they're using medical marijuana dispensaries to sell the pot to users.

The one bright spot for Alcantara? At least the crash occurred in Happy Valley, OR.
