The Tri-City Dust Devils have done it again, thanks to YOU, the fans! The Dust Devils announced this week that for yet another year, both the single-season and single-game attendance records were broken.

Last Sunday, 3,871 fans crowded Gesa Stadium for the final home game Aug. 26. While the Devils finished 30-41 for the season, they did excite the crowds with a number of thrilling games. Tri-Cities was poised to possibly contend of the 2nd half division title, but an eight-game skid that included a number of one-run losses set the team back.

The 2012 season saw 86,095 fans at the stadium, again breaking the single-season record. Despite having one of the smaller parks in the Northwest League, Tri-Cities is the only franchise to consistently break their attendance records year after year.

The Tri-City Dust Devils and Newstalk 870 thank everyone for their support this year. Keep listening as the Devils finish the season with a 5-game series against the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes.

The pregame show starts at 6:15 p.m. Listen tonight and Wednesday, then this Friday and Saturday at 6:45 p.m.
