For the second time in his six year tenure in Tri-Cities, Freddie Ocasio has been named Manager Of the Year for the Northwest "A" League.

Ocasio, charged each season with developing draft picks and future players for the Colorado Rockies, has guided the Tri City Dust Devils to a first half title, ensuring the Devils a spot in the post season.  Tri City pitchers Ken Roberts and Christian Bergman were also named to the NW League All Star Team.  Bergman just missed tieing the Dust Devils single season win record,  going 7-5, while Roberts posted a 3-2 mark with a stellar 1.98 record and ten saves from the bullpen.   The Dust Devils will try for the third time to win the NW League title since their affiliation began with the Rockies.  The Dust Devils previous Eastern Division Titles came in 2007 and 2009.
