Fatal Crash Investigated Near Patterson, Traffic Snarled

Earlier Tuesday morning, the Washington State Patrol reported they're investigating a two-vehicle accident on State Route 221, near Patterson, WA.

Few details were released, but did involve two vehicles, one person reported killed. Traffic was backed up for some time, the State Patrol, as of 10am, was said to still be on scene investigating, according to KNDU-TV.
