Fiesta Foods Fundraiser for Local Schools a Success

Fiesta Foods raised $10,000 for Mid Columbia schools in October and November and presented the checks Thursday and Friday.

The Pasco store raised $2,500 for the Pasco School District. The money will go toward classroom supplies.

Fiesta Food stores in Yakima, Sunnyside and Hermiston also participated.

The money was raised by Fiesta Foods pledging a portion of profits from select grocery items between Sept. 30 and Nov. 31.

The Pasco location is between A Street and Clark on 10th Avenue.
