Land that was ear-marked for an Aquatic Center in Pasco has been sold to a car dealership.

The City of Pasco is selling close to seven acres of land once intended for an aquatics center to Moore Holdings. They are making way for a new Hyundai dealership.

The Aquatics Center project went to vote five years and didn't pass so the City of Pasco is now selling the land.

The land runs along the Sandifur Parkway and will make prime real estate for the car dealership. Russ Dean RV (soon to be Camping World) and Mc Curley Integrity Subaru reside along the parkway making it a competitive place to be for a business.

The deal is expected to close in December but you can get the full update on the sale here
