Former Hanford High Teacher Will Register as a Sex Offender
Former Hanford High School teacher Daryl Rachinski, 59, will register as a sex offender for 10 years as part of plea agreement offered by the Benton County Prosecutor.
Last June Rachinski was accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl and was arrested for third-degree rape.
Since then Rachinski plead guilty to communication with a minor for immoral purposes. The plea agreement requires Rachinski to undergo sex offender treatment, register as a sex offender for 10 years, and discontinue any work that involves youth and possibly 30 days of jail time.
