It's not often that the goalies get to throw down, especially in a WHL game, but that's what happened this weekend at Rexall Place in Edmonton as the Oil Kings hosted the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Former Tri-City Americans Goaltender Ty Rimmer, who was traded to Lethbridge during this last off-season, dropped the gloves and had a go with Oil Kings goalie Laurent Brossoit.

It looks like things had already gotten out of hand as there are multiple fights around the ice. Rimmer (red jersey) and Brossoit (white jersey) decide to get in on the action, skate to center ice and have a respectable bout. The two square off and each land some quality blows, but I think Brossoit gets the better of Rimmer in this one. Kudos to the boys in stripes for letting them tangle for as long as they did.
