Inslee has called a special session of the Washington state legislature. Starting Thursday, Nov. 7, lawmakers will approve or reject Inslee's package of tax incentives and exemptions to entice Boeing to keep its production of 777X aircraft and composite wings. Boeing has threatened to move to the operation to South Carolina.

The bill has already been reviewed a number of Boeing officials and Inslee believes it will pass.

Another item the governor is pushing in this legislative session is his controversial transportation package.

This would be the massive investment in Washington roads, highways and bridges. Inslee previously said he wants a $.25 cent-per-gallon gas tax to pay for it.
