Help Injured Chiawana Student, Big Fundraiser Coming Saturday

The girl is doing better, but still recovering from a serious car accident. So, her fellow students are doing their part to help out.

Saturday, December 17th, Chiawana students will be holding fund raisers at the school, a silent auction that will take place during both the girls and boys doubleheader basketball game vs. Walla Walla.

It will be held in the gym at the school, located at  8125 West Argent. It will begin at 5:30, and feature a wide variety of items to bid on. Classic Cuts Barbership, Viera's Bakery and A Top Knot Salon and other gift certificates and prizes will be available for bidding.

The money will go to help the student with medical expenses. The Chiawana Booster club would also welcome any donations during that time. For more details, you can call (509)-546-2807.
