Hermiston Shooting Leaves Two Dead, One Hurt

Authorities have not released a lot of information, but do say the city is safe after a Thursday morning shooting killed two people.

Just after 11:15am, police were called to the 200 Block of North 11th. Street for a report of a shooting. They now say two people were killed and the injured person was taken to the hospital.

Police say that survivor gave them information, but no other details were released. The identities of the dead and whether they were male or female was not released. Our news partner KNDU-TV says Oregon State Crime Lab officials are working at the scene, reported to be near West Madrona and North 11th.

Officials did not say if the shooter was one of the three people involved, but say they are NOT looking for any other suspects.
