Now, I wouldn't say I'm an expert on craft cocktails and gourmet food, but I'm definitely a fan. I love trying new places that pop up here in the Tri-Cities, ESPECIALLY if they say they have craft cocktails and great food (gourmet or not). So, when The Bradley opened up, I knew I had to trey them out. The new restaurant and bar has been open for a few months, but I hadn't gotten the chance to go. I'm finally found the time to chek them out. And, man, am I happy that I did!?

The place is absolutely beautiful. The simple and elegant decor is classy without being snobby. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and gave me a great tip on which cocktails to try. I had an amazing drink that came with a float of malbec on the top called The Five Points. It was DELICIOUS! My friend ordered a light and refreshing cocktail called Pharaoh's Daughter. I ordered the salmon confit to eat, and OH MY it was delicious! My friend got the pork sliders and cauliflower mash. That mash was INSANE! So good! We were there for happy hour, so we didn't get a full meal, but next time I go I'm definitely trying the charcuterie plate that you can customize!

So, if you love great food and cocktails, head to The Bradley. They are a bit on the spendy side, but you definitely get what you pay for: amazing food and beverages. I highly recommend for a date night, night with the girls, or even after work bites. I'm already planning my next trip back! SO GOOD! Check out the photos below, and maybe I'll see you there!
