A former administrator at the Twin Rivers Juvenile Community facility in Richland is going to be spending six months in jail, after she was found guilty on charges of assault and custodial sexual misconduct.

39-year-old Mindy Stoker was fired from the state-run juvenile correctional facility last December after allegations surface she had inappropriate relations with an 18-year-old youth who was housed there. She plead guilty in Benton County Superior court this week.

Staff members began to investigate after another resident teen there told staffers about the conduct. She has since found another job, according to KNDU-TV, and the judge allowed her to participate in a work release program for the second half of her sentence.
