Kennewick Church Burglary Suspect Arrested

A 45-year-old Kennewick man is in custody after being arrested in connection with a burglary in January at Grace Baptist Church.

Kennewick police conducted a search late Wednesday at a home in the 5500 block of West Hildebrand Ave. Randall Sledge was arrested after police found two firearms, as well as other guns from another break-in and evidence from the church as well.

Police also searched a storage shed and vehicle at the address as well. Sledge is facing unlawful possession of a firearm charges, as well as possession of a stolen firearm counts.

The church had been broken into on January 28th of this year.
