Kennewick Driver Hits Trifecta of Violations In Rollover Crash

Not only did this woman flip her car because she was distracted from being on her cellphone, she also shouldn't have even been behind the wheel.

Nothing says 'I shouldn't even have a license' like driving with expired tabs, no proof of insurance, and driving with wheels off the roadway.

The woman, who's name was not released, flipped her car after failing to negotiate a roundabout near Okanogan Place in Kennewick Sunday afternoon. Weekends there's not a ton of traffic in that area, so she had to be REALLY distracted.

Well, she was. She was on her phone at the time of the wreck. She was cited on the previously listed issues, as well as the phone. Fortunately, she was not injured. At least she was wearing her seat belt!
