Kennewick PD Needs Your Help Solving a 2004 Cold Case

The Kennewick Police Department want to close the books on a 2004 murder and need your help locating the main suspect in the cold case.

According to KPD's Facebook post:

This week on Kennewick Police Wanted Wednesday we are looking
for 28 year old Luis Hugo Barragan. Barragan has outstanding warrants for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon. He is also a person of interest in the death of 16 year old Gonzalo Magana who died in a gang related homicide on June 7, 2004 at 5th Ave and S Rainier St in Kennewick WA. The photo of Barragan is when he was 15 years old. He is believed to have fled to Mexico.

From time to time there have been reports Barragan has returned to the United States, but he has not been located.
