One man is in jail, two others being sought.

Just after midnight Wednesday morning, Kennewick police observed two men fighting in the middle of North Arthur Street across from Kamiakin High School.

Members of the Kennewick Police Criminal Apprehension team were in the area and arrested 19-year-old Jacob Adrian Montejano.  He allegedly, along with two other suspects, attacked and attempted to rob 32-year-old Joshua Korlin.

Police say Korlin was confronted by the three Hispanic suspects, who then tried to take his wallet. The other two assailants who fled the scene were not identified.   Montejano is in the Benton County jail on a 72-hour investigative hold for 1st Degree Robbery.

Korlin suffered a number of abrasions, cuts and bruises from the attack.
