A man wanted in connection with a stabbing in Lewiston, Idaho apparently went through Pasco before being tracked down in Oregon.

Law enforcement officials responded to a tip that 73-year-old Richard Carlin was at the Jack In The Box at North Road 32 and West Court Street Tuesday morning, but when they arrived he was gone. They were able to get some tips and leads.

Working with Idaho officials, Carlin was apparently apprehended in Stanfield Ore. later and is now in custody.

KEPR-TV and their sister station KLEW in Idaho report he's wanted in connection with a double-murder in Lewiston.
