Local Man Wins $1,000 in H&R Block Promotion

I am sure you have seen the commercials on TV about winning $1,000 with H&R Block where one thousand people win $1,000 each day for a month. I always think people never win those things but a man from Kennewick did win! His name is  Michael Lauria and is reportedly the third winner to win $1,000 from Tri-cities and the company expects to have more.
