Mall Theft Suspect Plows Over Woman While Trying to Flee Cops

Two suspects led Kennewick police on separate chases Saturday night after police learned they were wanted on warrants, and were located at Columbia Center Mall.

Police say 21-year-old Jonah Glass, and 31-year-old Jose Perez Gonzalez fled when police located them at the mall on warrants. Gonzales sprinted into the mall, and during his brief flight, ran over a elderly woman who was in his way. She sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Gonzalez was captured, and is facing additional charges, including assault and drugs, besides his outstanding warrants. Glass, who drove away in their car, was later located and arrested for his outstanding warrant as well as eluding and theft. Both are now in the Benton County Jail
