Man Arrested For Upskirt Pics at Sunnyside Graduation

A 37-year-old man could be facing three different charges after authorities say he was caught snapping pictures, or attempting to take photos, underneath girls dresses at a graduation ceremony.

According to yaktrinews.com, Benjamin Allen Miller was trying to photograph under the girl's dresses at the Sunnyside Graduation Ceremony, he was arrested last Friday.

He has been charged with voyeurism, trespassing and lewd conduct, according to the Yakima County Prosecutor's office. He was spotted by a police officer while trying to take the pictures, and admitted to it after he was questioned.

He appeared in court Monday, yaktrinews.com says ages and total number of his 'victims' were not released.
