A 61-year-old Kennewick woman was not seriously injured in an assault that occurred Monday night.

Shortly after 6pm, Lori C. Annenberg returned to her home at 5811 West 11th place in Kennewick, where she was confronted by her roommate who apparently shares the home with her.

44-year-old Gregory Fisher allegedly assaulted her by throwing her against a wall, and then threatened to kill her! The reason? She supposedly woke him up as she was returning home from work.

She was not injured, and quickly ran from the home. After calling 911, police arrived and Fisher refused to leave the home. However, he was finally taken into custody and booked into the Benton County Jail for Domestic Violence Assault with Felony Threats, those stemming from his threat to kill her.

Annenberg didn't require any medical treatment for the attack.
