After the Seahawks win against the Cowboys in Dallas Marshawn Lynch walked into a McDonalds and inspired an employee. Terrance Downs, who is only 17, started talking to Marshawn about the shoes he was wearing. "I told him I liked his shoes -- navy blue Buscemis -- and how I wanted to buy a pair and we all started talking," Downs said.

Lynch started asking him questions about his goals in life and about school. Downs told Lynch he was into fashion and that he hoped to own his own boutique someday. That is when Marshawn pulled out $500 cash and handed it to Downs. Lynch said "If you're serious about getting those shoes, here's some money to help you get 'em. My job is to continue to see you grow."

Downs told TMZ that he went and bought the shoes and hopes that he "can do the same thing for someone else one day."
