Armed or forceful robberies are bad enough, but when they're close to home, you pay a little more attention.

Kennewick police are looking for this suspect, who used a knife to hold up the Jet Mart Conoco on Volland Street Monday night.

Around 10pm, the man, who's face was fully covered by the black mask, entered the store, waved a knife at the clerk, and got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The clerk was able to determine the man was Hispanic or darker complexioned white male, 5'7" to 5'9" in height and medium build.

The clerk was not hurt during the incident. The Jet Mart Conoco has been the scene of several interesting events in the last couple of years. The store has been robbed at least one other time, and twice in 2017, intoxicated drivers plowed their cars into the side of the building, knocking huge holes in walls and taking out a 10 by 6 foot plate glass window.

Anyone with any information is asked to call (509)-628-0333.
