Kennewick police are searching for this guy, wanted in connection of thefts from a retail store. They didn't say which one, but from the picture, might be easy to identify. They're not exactly 'rare' but there aren't as many people wearing #16 Tyler Lockett Seattle jerseys as they are (were) Sherman, Lynch, or Wilson.
