Attorney George Herrmann of Tacoma had just taken over for George Paul Trejo Jr. of Yakima when he, too was sent packing. The widow and family of Antonio Zambrano-Montes (shot by Pasco police Feb. 10) has now hired Benjamin Crump, the same attorney who represented the families of Michael Brown in Ferguson and Treyvon Martin in Florida.

Crump was most recently involved in the case of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, who Cleveland, Ohio, police shot and killed last November.

According to reports, Herrmann took over the case from the Trejo Law firm over the weekend and was notified Monday afternoon he was no longer needed.
